About this role

Responsabil pentru procesele de asamblare a componentelor lipite pe suprafata (SMT) in aria de productie. Dezvolta si mentine documentatia specifica proceselor SMT: instructiuni de lucru, planuri de control, fluxuri de proces. Ofera solutii tehnice in urma analizelor privind erorile aparute in procesul SMT. Implementeaza proiecte de imbunatatire in aria SMT. Defineste, urmareste si optimizeaza procesul de introducere a noilor produse (NPI) in aria SMT. Dezvolta tehnologia SMT conform cerintelor NPI: imbunatatire continua, optimizare timpi, calitate si cost. Creeaza si optimizeaza setarile programelor pentru echipamente SMT. Colaboreaza cu echipa de inginerie din Germania pentru implementarea de noi produse, tehnologii si procese.…
