Job Responsibilities & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY The Sheet Metal Fabricator operates and setups fabricating machines such as shears, press brakes, presses, forming machines, punches that cut, shape and bend metal plates, sheets, and structures by performing the following duties below. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Setup various, stamping, and support equipment including but not limited to, cut-off presses, punch presses, break presses, bender, and operate forklifts. Meet and/or exceed daily safety, quality, and production goals. Report all equipment malfunctions to mechanics or supervisors and assist in keeping the equipment operational. Operate bar code scanning computers and machine operator interface controls.…
