Job Responsibilities & Requirements POSITION SUMMARY The Welder is responsible for performing MIG welding and fabrication of Hardy Frame structural steel panels and components in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This position requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, work with dimensional tolerances, inspect completed welds, and safely produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements. Accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards are critical to this role.
