About this role

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is looking for a Cluster HR Manager who will play a key role in providing support across the department while managing the day-to-day running of the People department, focusing on employee experience from onboarding, induction, engagement, recruitment & retention, training & development and well-being. Based at either Copthorne Slough or Copthorne Gatwick, and responsible for both hotels, you will build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and provide sound, expert advice.
