Luggage Porter

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Luggage Porter who will be responsible for assisting arriving guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms; assists departing guests with luggage and transportation requirements, to follow-up on miscellaneous guest requests or requirements, to assist the Concierge on duty as necessary in providing guest services. The Luggage Porter Key Responsibilities will include: Describe all hotel services to guests; provide other information as may be required; follows up on information requested if not known.
