Job Description Summary Clinical Quality Specialist II — Summary The HEDIS Quality Specialist II supports the annual HEDIS data collection and reporting process by performing chart review and retrieval, as well as documentation validation. This role ensures patients receive multiple opportunities to meet HEDIS specifications, assist with outreach to patients and other medical facilities for missing information. Works closely with team lead to resolve discrepancies. Aid with special projects, monitoring data integrity, and contributes to process improvements that enhance the organization’s quality performance.
