About this role

Senior Commission Analyst Overview The Senior Commission Analyst will play a lead role in the calculation, analysis, and maintenance of the sales compensation plan, in addition to supporting the annual planning process. This role sits within the Sales Operations team and partners closely with Sales Operations leadership, Finance, GTM, and Human Resources to administer sales compensation plans. The Senior Commission Analyst acts as a key liaison between Sales Operations, Finance, and internal IT/systems teams, and supports expense accrual planning and ongoing maintenance of commissions processes and systems as part of the global commissions team.
