Estamos en búsqueda de un Gerente de Mantenimiento para una empresa productiva de alimentos líder en su rubro. Es un rol con enfoque estratégico y capacidad de transformación cultural. El objetivo es profesionalizar la gestión de mantenimiento en plantas productivas, evolucionando hacia un modelo preventivo y de mejora continua. Funciones: Gestión integral del mantenimiento: Controlar y organizar la gestión en plantas, asegurando la continuidad operacional de líneas productivas. Supervisando la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Transformación cultural: Implementar metodologías Lean Manufacturing y TPM para migrar de un enfoque correctivo a preventivo, liderando el cambio cultural y fomentando autonomía operativa en mantenimiento básico.…
