Empresa de Energía busca incorporar a su próximo/a Subgerente/a Corporativo/a de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional , quien tendrá el desafío de liderar estratégicamente la gestión preventiva de la compañía, fortaleciendo los estándares de seguridad, cumplimiento normativo y cultura de prevención en sus distintas operaciones. La posición tendrá un rol clave en la articulación transversal con áreas corporativas, operaciones, plantas, contratistas y organismos externos , impulsando iniciativas orientadas al cuidado de las personas, continuidad operacional y gestión de riesgos críticos. 🔹 Algunos de los desafíos del cargo: • Liderar la estrategia corporativa de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional. • Fortalecer una cultura preventiva orientada a altos estándares de seguridad.…
