Empresa chilena de larga trayectoria, con presencia nacional y una operación de alta escala, busca incorporar a su próximo/a Subgerente de Desarrollo Inmobiliario y Servicios Generales , quien tendrá el desafío de liderar integralmente la gestión inmobiliaria, infraestructura y servicios generales de la compañía. El rol tendrá como principales objetivos: Liderar la estrategia de desarrollo inmobiliario e infraestructura , impulsando proyectos de habilitación, remodelación y mejora de instalaciones. Liderar procesos de regularización de inmuebles e instalaciones , asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente. Asegurar la continuidad operacional de las instalaciones, gestionando servicios generales, mantenciones e infraestructura.…
