About this role

Position Overview As a Simulation Consultant at Minitab, you will support customers throughout the Customer Engagement Lifecycle to help ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and use of Minitab solutions. You will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality training, coaching, consulting, and timely customer support while maintaining consistent project execution and documentation. In this role, you will also identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer value, strengthen customer relationships, and support opportunities for additional services and growth.
