About this role

Das sind deine Aufgaben Du verantwortest den Einkauf innerhalb unseres Konzernverbundes am Standort Deutschland – von der Strategie über Lieferanten- und Vertragsmanagement bis zur operativen Umsetzung. In direkter Berichtslinie zum COO führst du dein Team, entwickelst Strukturen und Prozesse weiter und stellst Versorgungssicherheit sowie nachhaltige Kosteneffekte sicher. Personalverantwortung für ein 7-köpfiges Team inkl. Zielsetzung, Jahresgesprächen sowie fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung. Fachliche Führung standortübergreifender Einkaufsteams bzgl. globaler Beschaffungsstrategien (u. a. Slowakei) sowie Aufbau effizienter Schnittstellen zwischen Headquarter und lokalen Einheiten.…
