About this role
The Role:
The Minted Holiday Concierge will join our team to provide virtual consultations for our customers, helping them navigate their holiday shopping with ease and creating a lasting positive relationship with our brand. You'll give customers a personalized tour and curated shopping experience of Minted products and services. In this seasonal role, your focus will be on building genuine connections, using your design and product knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need, and ensure a seamless holiday experience.
Reporting to the Associate Manager, Celebrations Concierge, you will be an empathetic and passionate team member whose main objective is to offer the best possible customer experience while helping drive seasonal success.…
