What you’ll do: As an associate level transactional Legal Counsel you will contribute to Mintos Legal Team on a broad spectrum of cross-border legal matters for cooperation with lending and other companies that Mintos works with to offer investments on its platform. You will: • Be responsible for legal due diligence of new jurisdictions where from partners come or changes in current jurisdictions; • Provide legal advice, including on deal structuring.
