Job Description Role: Talent Advisor: Analytics and Insights Location: United States (Chicago office or remote location) **Temp to Perm role: 6 months fixed term contract with the possibility of conversion into a permanent role.** As the Talent Advisor for Analytics and Insights, you will help build a data-informed culture that enables operational insights, gains efficiencies, creates optimization scale, and fosters an energized employee experience, focusing first on our Global Talent and Operations functions.
