As the Global Talent Acquisition Leader, you will lead the Talent Acquisition function worldwide, with direct oversight of the teams in North America, India, the United Kingdom, and every other region where the company operates. You will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and scaling a world-class recruiting operation, blending regional best practices into a coherent global strategy.
