Job Description: Location: Wytheville, VA Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Join our team as a Production Operator – FFM , where you'll play a hands-on role in operating Fluorosint equipment and supporting our production process. This position is key to maintaining product quality, ensuring safety, and minimizing downtime. What You’ll Do Safely operate all Fluorosint equipment (e.g., ovens, presses, mixers, micro-grinder, ball mill) according to SOPs. Mix, blend, and process materials into FFM powder. Mold FFM powder into rod, tubular bar, and plate products. Package and prepare products for shipping per specifications. Monitor and record production data and computer transactions accurately.…
