A Day In The Life at MKS: As an Opto/Mechanical Technician at MKS, you will be responsible for the assembly of optical systems. You Will Make an Impact By: Audit 1-2 work order kits from warehouse to confirm pieces and part numbers Prepare subassembly components Follow written procedures or drawings Assemble and debug systems incorporating optical, mechanical, and electronic components Test each level of assembly (4-5 processes) at the system level using laboratory instruments Alignment, optimization, stability, transmission, etc.…
