A Day in the Life at MKS: As a CNC Machinist 1 at MKS, you will partner with the machine shop team, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and technical operations teams. You will be responsible for productivity, quality, and meeting the expected daily efficiencies. In this role, you will report to the machine shop supervisor. You Will Make an Impact By: Operating CNC equipment to fabricate parts. Loading parts in machines, cycling machines, and detecting malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged tools. Running production lots. Detecting and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to management. Performing inspection of machined products including documentation of results. Maintaining appropriate paperwork for various parts. Producing high quality parts.…
