Department: North 2 Telemetry Shift: Primarily Nights (United States of America) Employee Type: Regular Per Diem Type (if applicable): Minimum Pay Range: $22.69 - $27.23 Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Monitor Technician/Unit Secretary performs reception and clerical functions for the patient care unit to meet the needs of nursing staff and other care providers and ensures the accurate monitoring and reporting of patient cardiac rhythms. Performs computer order entry, maintains patient charts in correct filing order, and communicates activities, results, and status of orders to medical and nursing personnel.
