Assists in providing care to surgical patients according to Marshall Medical Center’s (MMC’s) standards of practice. Creates and maintains a sterile field, passing surgical instruments to the surgeon, disassembling the sterile field upon completion of the surgical procedure, returning the instrumentation to the decontamination room in the appropriate manner, and assisting with turning over the operating room and setting up for the next patient.…
