Qualifications The Program Manager for Leadership Development is a key member of the client’s Executive, Leadership, Management & Professional Development Team. In partnership with L&D and HR colleagues across our global matrixes organization, they project manage the design and implementation of training solutions for developing critical leadership capabilities of managers across all businesses and regions.
