About this role

Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die Organisation und Instandhaltung der gesamten Immobilie sowie aller technischen Anlagen Sicherstellung der Durchführung sämtlicher Instandsetzungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen gemäß den geltenden Standards Überwachung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Wartungsintervallen zur Gewährleistung der Betriebssicherheit Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Prüffristen und Normen Planung, Organisation und fachliche Durchführung bzw.
