About this role

So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße Mit deiner engagierten Art übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung unseres Rückgabe-/Remarketing-Teams und trägst zu einem positiven Arbeitsumfeld bei. Du verantwortest die Bereiche Fahrzeugrückgabe sowie den B2B- und B2C-Vertrieb und stellst einen reibungslosen, effizienten Ablauf aller Prozesse sicher. Als Teamleiter arbeitest du aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit – von der Bewertung und Vermarktung von Fahrzeugen bis hin zur telefonischen Beratung und dem Verkauf von Gebrauchtfahrzeugen. Du steuerst und optimierst unsere Remarketing-Strategie in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung, entwickelst Vertriebsmaßnahmen weiter und behältst relevante KPIs stets im Blick.…
