Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Project Management Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for the platform from contract signature through go-live and user adoption. Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables. Coordinate project activities between customers, Mobility Global and the development/product teams at IT Manufactory. Ensure project execution aligns with agreed customer requirements, business objectives, and contractual commitments.
