About the Role Do you consider yourself a Property Operations Manager with hands-on experience managing single-family rental properties and overseeing day-to-day portfolio operations? Have you managed Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) properties , including experience working with housing authorities or organizations such as CMHA, EDEN Inc., or North Coast Housing Connections ? Have you been responsible for property financial performance, maintenance coordination, leasing, vendors, tenant issues, and operational decision-making while working independently?
