About this role
• Responsible for the support of corporate network WAN/LAN Data Services and associated devices • Responsible for the support of corporate network WAN/LAN VoIP based Voice Services and components • Responsible for the delivery of and management of corporate network Wireless Services and devices • Responsible for troubleshooting of network hardware and associated services. • Responsible for adhering to CFR 23 Part 11 and HIPPA protocols and procedural mechanisms including change control, documentation and governance. • Responsible for administering and implementing various monitoring systems and maintaining alert systems around customer premise equipment (CPE) network components. • Responsible for upgrades, hotfix installation, patch management of CPE network components.…
