Dominion House Overnight Counselor Part Time Responsibilities of the Overnight Counselor are to provide services to adults who have a diagnosis of mental illness and living in a stabilization group home. Specific duties of the Overnight Counselor included: Be available to clients at all times to provide guidance and supportive counseling. Complete hourly checks to ensure clients are resting comfortably for those that are sleeping. Providing rehabilitation skills such as teaching of daily living skills including medication management and coping skills, crisis intervention and prevention.
