Job Title: Compounding (Mixing) Operator, 1st Shift Summary: The Custom Compounding Operator safely and efficiently performs mixing and milling operations using mechanical production equipment to prepare high-consistency silicone rubber in accordance with customer specifications, production instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role operates multiple mixers, mills, and related equipment; accurately follows batch instructions; maintains production records; communicates relevant production information; and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
