About this role

Job Title: Compounding Operator - 3rd Shift Summary: To safely and efficiently perform cold mixing and milling utilizing multiple mechanical equipment to mix and mill high consistency silicone rubber to desired customer specifications. Responsibilities Include: **This 3rd Shift position will start at $22.80 + $2.00 shift premium pay with Increases at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year** Essential Job Functions : Ensure that all safety equipment is readily available and that all guards are in place. Refer to batch cards for proper amounts, temperature controls, weights and sequences of additions of raw materials and any other additional instructions, per procedure. To operate multiple types of mixers, mills and extruders and other related equipment when required.…
