Job Title: Extrusion Operator, 2nd Shift Summary: The Extruder Operator Safely and efficiently operates custom compound or hot base extrusion equipment to process and pre-form high-consistency silicone rubber products. This position is responsible for producing material that meets customer specifications, production schedules, and quality standards while maintaining compliance with all safety and operating procedures. Responsibilities Include: Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. Ensure machine guards, safety devices, and required controls are in place before operating equipment. Safely set up, operate, monitor, and adjust extrusion equipment to meet production and quality requirements.…
