About this role
The plate and pack operation is responsible for the portioning of meal components, sealing of meal trays, x-ray, weight check, label application, case packaging, and palletizing of finished meals. The line lead works with their leadership to monitor and maintain production on the line in a safe and efficient manner. The line lead will assign team members duties within the department, provide hands on training to employees, complete production logs, quality records, and troubleshoot line upsets as needed. The line lead will be a team player to work collaboratively with kitchen, quality, warehouse and maintenance to achieve the day’s production targets.…
