As we scale, you will play a critical role in developing the optical alignment processes and automation that form the foundation of our production systems. This is a highly hands-on engineering role for a self-starter who can bridge optical physics, process development, and automation . You will be responsible for understanding how optical elements behave during active alignment, developing processes that exploit that understanding, and transforming those processes into robust, repeatable, and fully automated production solutions.
