Mondelēz International is seeking a Counsel, NA Ventures (“Counsel”). Based in East Hanover, NJ, the Counsel will report to the Director & Senior Counsel, Give & Go and NA Ventures Legal Lead. This role will provide legal counsel, guidance and support on a wide range of legal matters, which arise from the day-to-day operations of our NA Venture companies including Tate’s Bakeshop, Hu and Perfect Snacks. The Counsel will provide best-in-class legal services efficiently, timely and in a cost-effective manner by anticipating, addressing and creatively resolving legal issues to protect the best interests of our NA Venture companies.…
