Job Description Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) Job Responsibilities Understand recruitment strategies and perform recruitment coordination tasks, including scheduling interviews, sending offer letters, and assisting with onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to ensure the recruitment and onboarding processes run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain proactive communication with new hires to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and support their successful onboarding.
