Job Description 1. 大客户管理与关系深化: · 独立负责全国性重点客户的全面管理,包括客户开发、谈判、签约及长期关系维护。 · 深入理解客户的业务模式、痛点及发展需求,从供给,商家运营,平台运营制定方案并完成销售目标,成为客户信赖的顾问。 · 与客户采购和高层建立并维持稳固的战略合作伙伴关系。 2. 解决销售方案与价值链传递: · 精通 “ 闪电仓 ” (包含软件系统、硬件设备、运营方案等)的产品知识与价值链。 · 能够为客户量身定制具有竞争力的、可落地的智慧解决方案。 · 高效组织并主导产品演示、技术交流、方案宣讲及商务谈判,清晰传递解决方案的商业价值。 3. 跨部门协同与项目推动: · 作为客户在公司内部的代言人,高效协同产品、技术、运营、项目实施等内部团队。 · 确保从销售到交付的无缝衔接,推动项目顺利落地,保障客户满意度。 · 收集并反馈客户需求与市场动态,驱动产品与服务的持续优化。 4.…
