About this role

MongoDB Technical Services Engineers combine technical expertise, structured problem solving, and exceptional customer service to help customers build and operate reliable MongoDB applications and deployments. The team supports the MongoDB ecosystem—including the database server, drivers, Atlas, Cloud Manager, Compass, and related services. Engineers work directly with customers to understand complex technical challenges, identify root causes, and provide practical solutions for largescale, data intensive environments.
