Customer Advocate, Core Products, Office of the CPO

This is a high-impact strategic role that serves as the voice of MongoDB's most important customers at the executive level. The Customer Advocate, Core Products will act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Product Officer, driving cross-functional alignment to ensure that customer feedback, escalations, and long-term success are deeply embedded in MongoDB's core product strategy. This role is critical to bridging the gap between our customers' most pressing challenges and the product roadmap.
