The Sr. Manager, Event Operations, leads the operating model behind MongoDB’s global Strategic Events portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Global Strategic Events, this leader owns the processes, platforms, planning cadence, and measurement framework that turn portfolio strategy into consistent, high-quality execution at scale, and leads the team that runs them. This role is for an event operations leader who has run events hands-on and is ready to design how a global events function operates: how work is prioritized and resourced, how technology and AI are applied, and how event impact is measured and reported to senior leadership.
