About this role

This role reports to the Senior Director of Americas Employee Experience and is responsible for evolving, refining, and operationalizing a comprehensive compliance framework and strategy across the region. The role includes direct management of one team member responsible for immigration and global mobility within the Americas region, ensuring these programs are effectively aligned with compliance requirements and broader people strategies.
