About this role
We’re looking for a highly creative, entrepreneurial, and organized Sr. Manager, Startup & Ventures Marketing to expand MongoDB’s AI-native marketing strategy and strengthen our presence across the startup and VC ecosystem in London.
This role combines strategy and execution, with a focus on ecosystem engagement, community building, and scalable startup programming. You will help strengthen MongoDB’s presence among high-growth, venture-backed startups across London by building relationships with founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup communities. In partnership with the broader startup marketing team, you will design and execute programs, events, and partnerships that increase awareness, adoption, and long-term affinity for MongoDB within the startup ecosystem.…
