Job Description: Under the leadership of the department director and assistant director the Home Health Aide is responsible for providing nursing care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Home Health Aide will be assigned patients homes or facilities providing personal care such as bathing, showering, oral care, pericare, taking vital signs, and some light housekeeping. Experience One year experience in the last five years in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or home health agency preferred. Spanish speaking preferred. Education Level of education sufficient to obtain CA HHA certification.…
