About this role

Job Description Montgomery College, Rockville has an immediate need for Building Maintenance Mechanic. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30 – 4:00pm. This is a bargaining, non-Exempt, grade 23 position. Montgomery College promotes and creates a working and learning environment rooted in the basic tenets of fairness, belonging, and inclusiveness. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform the work of journey level carpenters, masons and painters to build, install, and finish work related to preventative maintenance activities. Respond to service calls for college building maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to wall patches, broken or damaged windows, damaged doors, ceilings, roof patches, and floors. Maintain repair and preventative maintenance logs.…
