About this role

Job Description Montgomery College, Germantown has an immediate need for Grounds Maintenance Worker Lead. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:00 – 2:30pm. This is a non-bargaining, non-exempt, grade 17 position. Montgomery College promotes and creates a working and learning environment rooted in the basic tenets of fairness, belonging, and inclusiveness. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide guidance and instruction to assigned staff. Receive and delegate work assignments as well as review/inspect the work of assigned staff. Perform routine grounds maintenance work such as graffiti and trash removal (recycled and bulk items), which may include bio-hazardous material.…
