Job Description Montgomery College is seeking a collaborative, innovative, and student-centered leader to serve as the Strategic Student Success Initiatives Director . This position will be eligible The Strategic Student Success Initiatives Director provides leadership for the coordination, implementation, and assessment of collegewide student success initiatives that advance student access, belonging, well-being, persistence, completion, and post-completion success. Reporting to the Associate Senior Vice President for Student Success and Strategic Initiatives, the Director develops and leads strategic initiatives focused on basic needs, mental health, parenting students, and other student populations with unique needs while supporting project management and assessment efforts.…
