What is the job?
Build the Future of Medical Cannabis in Poland
This is a genuine founder-style role. You will be Montu's first person on the ground in Poland, with a mandate to build the business from zero: the legal entity, the licences, the supply chain, the clinical model, and eventually the team.
You'll own the market-entry strategy while remaining deeply involved in execution. In the early stages, you'll wear multiple hats - meeting with regulators and healthcare providers, negotiating commercial partnerships, solving operational challenges, and ensuring patients can access life-changing treatment.
