About Us Mood Health is looking for independently licensed therapists in Washington who want the flexibility of remote practice without the headache of building and managing a private caseload. We handle client acquisition, scheduling support, billing, technology, and operational needs so you can spend more of your time doing what you were trained to do: providing great care. This is a W2, pay-per-encounter telehealth position with flexible scheduling, consistent client demand, and ongoing clinical support. Once you start, our team works to build your caseload—typically within your first two weeks.
