Morgan Stanley's Human Capital Management (HCM) Department provides a full end to end suite of HCM services to all business units within the organization. The HCM Department is undergoing an exciting period of change. Work is underway to future proof the workforce, modernize our employee experience, transform our existing processes and systems, and build the talent to win. The department is looking for an experienced Change Manager with a proven track record in project management, change management and business transformation to partner with the HCM Management team during this period.
