Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate - Temporary

Our Team Highspring’s Talent Acquisition team partners with leaders across the enterprise to attract, assess and hire talent that supports our business and clients. We are seeking a temporary recruiter who can quickly integrate with the team, manage assigned searches and deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience in a fast-paced professional services environment. This is a temporary, hourly position expected to last approximately 6–8 months, based on business needs. The role will provide additional recruiting capacity during a period of increased hiring demand and team member leave coverage.
