Property Manager London £25,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata, DOE Our client, a property management company located in London, is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager to work on a part time basis. You will be working 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday. This role will be paying £25,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata, depending on experience. Duties & Responsibilities Updating the databases with contact details, service providers details for all the units and council tax and business rates references. Update the leases on the database when there are new (residential or commercial) tenants for the rents, service charges and insurance calculations.
